New Feature: Customer Loyalty Rewards
Customer Loyalty Rewards programs are here! Offering your customers Loyalty Rewards is an excellent way to earn repeat customers, and it's fully integrated into the PopItUp dashboard! It’s convenient and familiar for your customers and a tried and true method for boosting your sales. We have a lot of plans for this feature, including tight integration with our Marketing Tools (which are coming soon!)...
You'll now see a new "Rewards" button on your side menu. From there you'll click "Create Reward Program". You'll then be able to choose between a "Punches" reward program (e.g. buy 10 items get 1 free) or a "Spending" program (e.g. buy $100 get a free necklace). You can also include a party link, a link to your company provided website, or any other link you'd like that your customers will see on their dashboard once they start earning rewards with you (see attached screenshot).
Once you've created your rewards program, you'll see a new "Rewards" button on your Orders page. Just click that bad boy and you'll be able to add punches or spending to that customer's rewards card. Note that shoppers need to be logged in to participate in rewards programs. If they claim anonymously you won't see the Rewards button on their order on your Orders page.
No more complex spreadsheets, no more dedicated rewards tracking software... It's all integrated right into your POP dashboard.

To set up a rewards program, click on the new “Rewards” button on your dashboard.
From there click “Create Reward Program”.
You’ll then be able to choose between a “Punches” reward program (e.g. buy 10 items get 1 free) or a “Spending” program (e.g. buy $100 get a free pair of leggings). You can also include a party link (or any other link you’d like) that your customers will see on their dashboard once they start earning rewards with you so that your customers always have access to shop with you right from their ShopTheRoe dashboard.
Once the rewards program is set up, a rewards card will be displayed on the top of your customer's PopItUp dashboard as soon as you apply any rewards to a purchase that they have made. (It's easy to go back to prior purchases and apply rewards so your customers can see them right away). Here's how a rewards card will look on your customers dashboard:
You apply rewards to your customers rewards cards right from your Orders page when processing their purchases by clicking on the blue "Rewards" button.
Finally you can easily apply rewards to your customers rewards card by either adding an amount or clicking on the punch marks. You can even track rewards without your shoppers knowing (for super secret reward give aways to your best customers) by clicking on the "Hide from shopper" box.
